Dallas Brodie’s Backbone of BC Tour heads to Kamloops, Prince George, and Kelowna

May 11, 2026 · iVoteOneBC research desk

OneBC has listed three June town halls with Dallas Brodie under the “Backbone of BC Tour” banner — a clear sign that the movement is taking its message beyond Metro Vancouver and into the communities that keep British Columbia working.

Update — May 18, 2026: Dallas Brodie is now promoting Phase 2 of the OneBC Backbone of B.C. Tour, with RSVP links pointing supporters to the official OneBC events page.

Prince George · Wednesday, June 10 · doors 6 P.M.

Kelowna · Sunday, June 14 · doors 6 P.M.

Update — June 3, 2026: Dallas Brodie’s June 2 public X post identified the Kamloops town hall venue as Kamloops Kia Lounge, 300 Lorne Street. OneBC’s official Kamloops event page remained the RSVP route.

Update — June 4, 2026: Local reporting now describes a Sandman Centre / former Kia Lounge booking dispute after additional safety and security fees were assessed. OneBC’s official Kamloops event page currently lists the June 7 stop as venue TBA, so this site is treating Kamloops as a live venue-watch item rather than claiming a confirmed final location.

  • Kamloops: Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.; venue TBA on the official OneBC event page as of June 4.
  • Prince George: Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.; venue TBA on the official event page.
  • Kelowna: Sunday, June 14, 2026, from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.; venue TBA on the official event page.

The posters frame the tour around the OneBC platform, the state of UNDRIP, defending private and Crown property, affordability, local decision-making, the future of B.C.’s backbone communities, and Q&A.

That is exactly the lane where Dallas Brodie has been strongest: turning high-level provincial debates into direct, face-to-face conversations with citizens. For supporters, the tour is a practical test of whether OneBC can build a province-wide movement rooted in real communities rather than consultant messaging.

This site will update again when the remaining venues are confirmed or when OneBC publishes footage from the tour.
