Pallas Poll Puts OneBC at 5% Province-Wide and 13% on Vancouver Island

Pallas Data’s October 13 British Columbia campaign poll gives OneBC another public visibility receipt: 5% among decided and leaning voters province-wide, 13% on Vancouver Island, and 6% for Dallas Brodie on the best-premier question.
What changed
The Pallas release puts the BC Conservatives at 43%, the BC NDP at 38%, the BC Greens at 11%, OneBC at 5%, CentreBC at 2%, and another party at 1% among decided and leaning voters. The same release says Vancouver Island is a four-way contest, with OneBC at 13% there — Pallas’s best regional number for the party in this poll.
For supporters, the important point is disciplined: OneBC is showing up in a second public campaign poll this week, after Research Co. measured OneBC at 2% among decided likely voters and Dallas Brodie approval at 26% on October 13.
Why supporters should care
Young parties do not become credible by press release alone. They need candidates on the ballot, policy receipts, public events, and measurable signs that voters are at least considering them. This Pallas poll is another receipt that Dallas Brodie and OneBC are being measured inside the provincial campaign conversation.
The Vancouver Island number is especially worth tracking carefully. A 13% regional result in one IVR poll does not prove a riding breakthrough, but it does show a pocket of potential support that deserves continued attention.
What not to overclaim
- This is not a seat forecast, riding projection, membership number, fundraising number, or proof of a formal alliance.
- The 5% province-wide result is among decided and leaning voters in one Pallas poll, not a guaranteed election result.
- The 13% Vancouver Island result is a regional subsample, and margins of error are higher in subsamples.
- The poll was conducted October 10–11, 2026, using IVR interviews with 513 eligible B.C. adults; Pallas lists a margin of error of ±4.3 percentage points for the full sample.
